Very bad experience! Unprofessional, anti-business approach, inability (or unwillingness) to do or follow anything else than their own interests and goals. Very poor communication - always with different people, often not responding to what you write, not reacting to your comments, suggestions, questions. The only answer you get is: it has to be this way, because that's just how it works in the Netherlands - and I later checked with relevant representatives that it is not like that. This company does not understand at all that they only have to follow the buyer and seller agreements, they act as if they themselves would buy or sell. Unfortunately they lie a few times about what is possible or usual. They could easily destroy the deal / ruin it, despite a clear agreement between seller and buyer, just because it doesn't meet their wishes. Fortunately we communicated at the buyer-seller level and finalized the deal. The TOP of the TOP was when the co-owner (!!!) sent a stupid SMS to my son - this was just over the top. Other things could have been mentioned, for example We had agreed to make the last appointment before the notary. We were on time despite living 1.100 km away and the same co-owner was 10 minutes late despite coming from Enschede etc. It's just a disaster to involve this company and I strongly advise against it!
