The estimated value of the property was much too high compared to what it sold for. At the last moment, another buyer came in (was already in negotiations with another buyer) and seemed to me to have outmaneuvered him. It looked at that moment more like a purchasing agent for the buyer of my property. After signing the contract for the expired sale of the property, we didn't see or hear from any real estate agent anymore, even though the expired period had already passed.
