Ook de afwikkeling van de biedingen, verkoop en definitieve overdracht van het huis is vlot en goed verlopen! Prettig dat de communicatie vanuit de makelaar goed is geweest.

Mark is een goede makelaar die meedenkt en ontzorgd. Vaker met Mark zaken gedaan en de volgende keer moet hij het weer regelen.

Koopmans Real Estate a reliable real estate agent.

I sat with a few others in a kind of public auction. I later heard that the buyers had accepted one of the other bids. The junior broker's response to my comment that I didn't think it was nice that we weren't on the same page was that we weren't aligned. Well, if you pursue a murky negotiating policy with amounts like these involved, then we really aren’t on the same page. A better reaction would have been to admit that you should have played your cards more openly from the start. Leaves a bit of a nasty taste in my mouth.
