There's a reason his responses to bad reviews are two pages long and defensive. At best he is a used car salesman, but certainly not a broker. Untrustworthy and unreliable at every step. Especially if you are a foreigner or selling your property from abroad. He doesn’t work for you or your interests and will do everything necessary to close a deal, even at the expense of his clients. Shortcuts and cheap sales tactics at every step. Always has an excuse, it's never his fault or beyond his control. Our house re-offered with a good broker and it sold on the first day. Don’t do it, or just ask another realtor in Eindhoven and they will tell you the same about his reputation in the industry.

Because Will and Merel failed to communicate to the potential buyers that the awning needed help, we were legally disadvantaged. Our words were twisted towards the buyers, and it seemed as though Will was acting on behalf of the buyers, instead of standing on our side. There was indeed a note of the story by Merel, but he also tried to wriggle out of that by saying that we were not complete in our story. A very sour aftertaste. Not only was our house sold under asking price in all haste... in these times, but we also had to add money, because we are supposedly liars. No, do not recommend this realtor.
