We had a house viewing with this real estate agent. Only on the way back home did it dawn on us what happened. It seemed as if there was absolutely no interest in selling the property. You could still describe focusing only on the disadvantages as open and honest, but no passion radiated from this employee. He couldn't answer any technical or other questions. When we asked if he had any other houses in his portfolio, he told us to just look at the website. We also haven't heard back regarding our question (via that website) about selling our own house. Ergo; we do not recommend this real estate agent.

What a sad and bad real estate agency. Recently sold a house through this broker. Nice story beforehand but what a disaster. Everything goes slowly and you have to chase after it. People don't understand the business and I never felt that me/my house/the sale was important to them. The brokers who guide the viewers during the viewings were not informed about the house. 1 out of 2 hadn’t even looked at the photos or read up before they came. During various steps in the process, considerable annoyance and frustration arose for me, but much worse for the buyers. This simply cannot be! Ultimately, a detailed list of comments was sent to them, but no substantive response was received while they made quite serious mistakes. See the reaction below: 'Dear Sander, We discussed your email during our weekly consultation this morning. It makes no sense to get into a he-said-she-said situation, so we will not call and further respond in detail to the issues mentioned. However, we would like to state that we are sorry that apparently our service was not to your liking. We will extract from the list of comments the items that we think can be improved. Therefore, once again thank you for your comments. Kind regards, .....'

I too have reacted to the property on Stationsstraat. VERY RECOGNIZABLE, NOTHING AT ALL HEARD FROM THIS BROKER !!!!!

We have already dealt with this brokerage twice, first time in September 2021, when we were seriously looking for a home in the area. When we entered their office, we were practically ignored by the ladies behind the counter. We asked a question which was answered very briefly and unfriendly. The second time was in December 2021, we asked a telephone question about homes being built on estate Eelink. We were supposed to be called back…...this was a week ago now. We have already formed an opinion about the unprofessional behavior of this realtor.

The Insurance division of the company communicates poorly with the customer. There is no interest in doing anything for the customer. After a week, still no response as to whether there were cheaper car insurances than the one I had. The owner told me that they don't shop around. A pity, maybe look further before you go swimming with pills.

This review is actually for the internal Regiobank branch. They don't understand what customer service is. They want a 94-year-old woman who is severely dependent and relies on home care to come to the office because they don't want to answer the general question by phone about whether it is possible to adjust the frequency of paper statements from bi-weekly to weekly. Under the guise of this being customer-sensitive information, the employee then terminates the connection without giving any reason. Even when you visit the branch to get clarification, they keep repeating the above and order you to leave the premises. Therefore, no recommendation from my side.

First, I made an offer on a house and then heard nothing more. After several weeks, with difficulty, an answer came, only to reveal that I had bid too quickly because offers could now be made, which was not explained or described anywhere. I immediately had a strange feeling about this procedure, which was confirmed again after the bidding period when I was called by Mr. Blekkink with the answer that my offer had been outbid and I could not make a new offer. In hindsight, this real estate agent turned out to be a big liar and the hypocrisy drips off his face because the house has been for sale for another 3 weeks on funda and his own website, and is still under offer.

Useless service. Immediately after a property came online via Funda, I sent a reply with several questions. A week later, a reminder was sent directly to the info email address. Again no response. Yesterday another reminder was sent. Today finally a reply and immediately the message that all viewings, registrations, etc. have already been / planned. No excuses, nothing. I don't have proof but dare to claim that my interest was deliberately ignored. Ugh.

A house comes online over the weekend, Monday immediately called for a viewing. It would be called back, this did not happen, then we called again ourselves. Seems there are already viewings scheduled? Strange way of doing things. Ultimately, it turns out people have been 'selected'. Based on what? A complaint email was sent to Blekkink asking for feedback. Of course, we have not received an answer to date. In any case, not speakable about the way things are done at Blekkink Real Estate and therefore, in my opinion, extremely unprofessional!
