Since we are going to renovate our house, we needed an appraisal report. Within a week, Leander was already at our door for the appraisal. The contact was very pleasant and we even received some nice tips that we can really use. A day later, we already had the appraisal report in hand. Where you have to wait weeks with others, it is incredibly fast with Heutinck. However, there was something in the report about possible soil contamination which was incorrect. This was absolutely not the fault of Heutinck, but something that was wrong with the municipality. We then contacted Heutinck again and they corrected the appraisal report with supporting evidence. A few hours later we were able to receive the new report again. Truly top service!!!

Communication was in order and reasonably fast. The real estate agent lacks initiative during the sales process, it seems like a standard formula is being followed. Initiative for planning and making appointments must come from the seller. However, the agent does participate then. If the sale does not proceed as expected, no improvements are suggested, and requests/questions from the seller for adjustments are ignored. The property was sold for much less than initially intended…

Ilja Scholten heeft ons erg goed en fijn begeleid bij de taxatie van ons eerste woning. Er kwam veel op ons af omdat we als starters voor het eerst gaan kopen. Ilja reageert snel, denkt mee, en een taxatie afspraak kon snel plaatsvinden. Wij hadden een paar deadlines die we moesten halen voor ons hypotheek, en daar werd ook aan mee gedacht, waardoor wij ons taxatierapport snel opgestuurd kregen. Waardoor alles goed kwam! Ik kan Eggink Maalderink Makelaars zeker aanbevelen. Daarom zal ik zeker denken aan deze makelaardij, mochten wij ons huis ooit gaan verkopen. ;-)

Pausendijk 3 requires extensive renovation, while 3a meets current standards. And the property boundary is also quite complicated.
