    Through their, we have already bought a house twice and sold a property. With our first home, we were first-time buyers. Very helpful, friendly and honest, the purchase went smoothly at that time. Three years later, we looked for a new home. We gave our wishes to this real estate agent and they immediately got to work. A property came online that matched our wishes. But that didn't mean we were willing to buy it immediately. However, we did manage with the right offer. Then our current home was sold through them and it all went incredibly fast. Little stress experienced, everything was perfectly organized from the office to the real estate agent themselves. Whether it was a phone call or an app message, I really recommend this real estate agent to everyone.

    De keuze Klomberg was voor ons snel gemaakt omdat we ook met bancaire zaken en verzekeringen bij Klomberg zitten en hier tevreden over waren. Inmiddels dmv een aankoopmakelaar van Klomberg een huis aangekocht. Het proces verliep soepel, je word steeds op de hoogte gehouden, bij vragen of documenten die zij dienen te ontvangen wordt duidelijk gecommuniceerd zodat je exact weet waar je aan toe bent. We gaan er niet van uit dat we snel weer een makelaar nodig hebben maar als dit zo is zullen we weer kiezen voor Klomberg Makelaars! Esther bedankt!

    After being called as one of the first to schedule an appointment to view 2 houses in Haaksbergen, they were supposed to contact us, which they didn't. After we contacted them again, we were told that the viewing days were already full. After a negative review, we were called and suddenly could come for a viewing; we declined this as it is not an acceptable way of doing business. We are very disappointed in this company.

    From our first contact it became clear that the real estate agent had done his homework. This was a very pleasant surprise for us. He asked substantive questions and made observations that others did not, for example: he started on his own about the possible windmills that could be placed, or he noticed the quality of the double glazing. When determining the price of our house, he based himself on a realistic amount and warned against too beautiful amounts from the media.
