I am writing this review from the sunny garden of my new little house. After searching for a while myself and always just missing out, I enlisted the help of Fred de Bas. With the second property, we hit the jackpot right away. Fred advised me very well on the bid to make, which ultimately meant I offered twenty thousand euros less than I had planned. Because the completion of the new house was scheduled in the short term and I felt good about Fred, I also asked him to sell my apartment. I have not regretted this moment. Fred is punctual, keeps appointments, is easily accessible, and responds quickly to questions. For sellers, an important warning: this real estate agent lacks clear experience and knowledge of the local market. Where larger and established agents price homes realistically and higher, she sets properties structurally too low in the market. This is detrimental to sellers, as you unnecessarily miss out on revenue.
