Soepel verlopen verkoopproces waarin wij voortdurend en tijdig op de hoogte werden gehouden over de belangstelling voor de woning door de makelaar in de persoon van Bart Brandse van Van Herk.

Fijne samenwerking gehad met vooral Chimay en ook Lisanne tijdens de verkoop van ons huis. Goede communicatie en kreeg een snelle terugkoppeling als ik vragen had.

Vanaf het eerste minuut had ik een goed gevoel bij Van Herk. De adviezen waren deskundig en klopte. De service en communicatie was super. Ik raad Van Herk iedereen aan.

We can honestly say that our experience with these real estate agents was fantastic. They were extremely professional, yet with a touch of warmth, humor and dedication. They were proactive to the core, because they were the only ones with whom we actually had telephone contact with suggestions for houses that we might find interesting, instead of the mass emails that other real estate agents sent. They are the 'matchmakers' for buyers and sellers of real estate! Phone calls and emails were answered very quickly. The entire process, from start to finish, took only 7 weeks, during which they acted as intermediaries between the lawyers and sellers, giving them a friendly push when needed. We have now come into contact with this real estate agency twice as (potential) buyers, and both times we were very disappointed. In our opinion, it lacks transparency. Both in our previous purchase and a recent viewing, we had the experience that important matters regarding the property condition were not proactively reported. When we ourselves raised critical questions because we discovered things, we noticed that this was not appreciated. Instead of openness, we experienced the agent's attitude as very unpleasant and unprofessional. We then got the feeling that we were considered a nuisance, while we only wanted to ask some extra questions about things that had caught our attention. For us, the trust in this party has therefore completely disappeared, because we no longer feel that we can rely on all the important information being provided that is necessary to make a good decision when purchasing a home.
