De makelaar was zeker een toegevoegde waarde bij de verkoop. Hij had veel kennis en reageerde snel op mijn vragen en nam de tijd om die te beantwoorden. Ook het team dat de foto’s en het inmeten deed was erg goed, vriendelijk en professioneel.

Het contact met de makelaar verliep vertrouwd en gemoedelijk. Bij één bezichtiging was de makelaar niet zelf aanwezig, maar een collega (die nog nooit in mijn huis was geweest). Ik zag dit op mijn videobel. Het was fijn geweest als ik dit van tevoren had geweten.

Niet alleen met de makelaar zelf, maar ook met alle ondersteunende medewerkers was dit het geval. We hebben vanaf het begin goed advies gekregen over hoe de prijs te zetten. Ze creerden een aantrekkelijk brochure. Een vroeg, laag bod raadden ze aan om af te wijzen, en dat was correct. We zijn heel goed door het team van Peelrand begeleid bij de verhuizing. Ze waren zowel als verkoopmakelaar bij de aankoop van onze nieuwe woning als de verkoopmakelaar van onze eigen woning betrokken. Deskundig met een goed advies in de lokale markt.

We would have appreciated being advised earlier that there might be additional notary costs when applying for a starter loan. Luckily, the result is what counts and that is now that we are very happy working on our first purchased house :).
