I hesitated to write this, but the sale of our house with Voorberg was the most stressful and disappointing experience we have ever had. We emigrated to abroad with a small child, a baby and pets – the sale should have been the smoothest. In a market with a clear seller's market, Voorberg promised a quick sale, but after a strong start everything went downhill. They were passive, had no idea when things did not go according to plan and offered no proactive solutions. The communication was bad and we felt completely abandoned at crucial moments. Two times buyers backed out at the last minute – both times we were informed via cold morning messages without any real guidance or support. When we needed them the most, they were unavailable, dismissive and inept. In the end we had to accept a much lower offer to proceed. Voorberg can do it well if everything goes perfectly, but when problems arise they completely fail. No empathy, no strategy, no professionalism. The worst experience with real estate we have ever had – absolutely not recommended.
