She listened to the problems I had with the real estate agency and offered to do everything possible to put things right and rectify the situation and any inconvenience they may have unintentionally caused. Although I currently might not be able to use their services, I think they will certainly be the real estate agency I think of when I need a realtor again in the future. They care about their customers on a level I have not yet encountered before, but which I would gladly like to see. They were great, until they weren't anymore. I applied for an apartment they offered and went to the viewing. The first contact and process went very well. Keep in mind that this was in December, the market is tough and we urgently needed an apartment, but it's also understandable that we didn't get it, because it wasn't their fault. They also informed us in time and with that the matter was settled. What went wrong: On December 31 at exactly 23:25 I received a phone call from the real estate agency. I couldn't answer because I was in a meeting until 23:30. Then I called back. The person who answered said that I could leave a message and that they would call me back as soon as possible once they had checked which realtor was trying to reach me. I also sent an email to the realtor with whom I had contact for this apartment. Both messages were completely ignored. It is now a week later and I still haven't heard anything from the real estate agency. I have no idea what that phone call was about.
