I received a reply email with the response: “Thank you for your viewing request, we will discuss with the owner when we can schedule this.” I then emailed back — no response. Subsequently, I called and explained the situation; “You will be called back today, sir.” You already guess it: I’m still waiting for that phone call. Meanwhile, the house is now up for bidding… Conclusion: if I ever wanted to sell my house, I certainly would not approach this real estate agent.
