Robin was fantastic during my search for an apartment. I went to Robin in July with the proposal to buy an apartment in Delft. She gave me a lot of information about the entire process and also helped me with the finances and mortgage for the purchase. In addition, she was very efficient in planning, viewing, and finding the right apartments that fit my budget and preferences. And we found something within a month. She fully supported me in my final decision to not go forward with the first offer. Fortunately, we won a bid on another nice apartment a few days later, which we then did purchase. It took a bit more than a month to find an apartment and sign the first purchase agreement. It was a very smooth and quick process, and she handled everything efficiently. She is also very honest about her opinion on a property. She is also very helpful in the process after the purchase, such as the notary, and so on.
