Unfortunately, after waiting almost a week for an answer, we were going to view a rental property the next day, but we just sent an email and made a phone call to confirm it, and sure enough, our gut feeling came out. The fact that it's being rented to someone else isn't the problem; everyone understands you need a lot of luck these days, but not emailing or calling or letting anyone know anything at all is really incomprehensible and disappointing. We received an email in response to this review and received apologies, and they said they would do everything they could to still be able to view the rental property, and they also came up with another rental property for a possible viewing. Hopefully we'll find the house that suits us in the future, for now very neat and professional handling.

Strongly discouraged; The agency informed you that no appointments are available for several weeks and that they select and manipulate the demand for the apartment. P.S: The administrator does not speak English; so good luck if you are an expat. Further/more info: I had made an original appointment (for which I was told there was no appointment for me) and it was cancelled 2 days before the viewing because it was magically sold. I also received information that I am not allowed to make a bid before I have seen the apartment and I was informed that the documents about the apartment (questionnaire) would be shared during my visit. I tried to express my disappointment when I received a call from the agency, but my concerns were not even addressed. I find it strange that I was told I was among the first viewings and it is clear that I wasn’t, and also strange that a bid is accepted while there are still ongoing visits/potential offers (especially in a bidding market like in the Netherlands).
