This real estate office I could recommend to everyone! Enormously accessible, welcoming and understanding. Especially the latter was very valuable in my case, as I was unsure whether or not to take the step of buying. They really take their time and put themselves in your shoes. I found my house through this office, because they don't just look at a future transaction but also at the person!

The only thing the MyHouse brokers can't do is open a floodgate of “buyers”. For the rest, we are very charmed by the professional approach with a personal touch. Good communication and information, customer-friendly, skilled, easily accessible, approachable, patient, convincing, involved with attention to the client; these characteristics apply to them. My friend and I decided to move in together and sell our own homes so that we could make a fresh start. After asking around, the name MyHouse came up several times. I made an appointment for an appraisal. I had a good feeling about the contact with Carolien. She seemed engaged and interested. Ultimately, I entrusted the sale of my house to MyHouse, and my friend did the same. The contract was signed and from that moment on, everything went steeply downhill. Carolien completely disappeared from view and almost all contact was through an intern. What a drama... I had listed everything neatly regarding renovations carried out; you would think this would be passed on internally. It wasn't. You have to check everything three times. When my friend’s house went online, they were asked what the agreed price was… uhm, shouldn’t Carolien know that? No...Carolien was sick and couldn’t be disturbed... Also with him, not everything was displayed correctly. So we had to chase after that again. They once forgot to pass on a viewing, which can happen of course. Or I was told that I hadn't confirmed an appointment, which is patently untrue. But you don’t get apologies here. Well, Tamara called once to apologize on behalf of MyHouse stating that this wasn't their usual way of working... Nothing changed afterwards. Certain times were not possible for me. You would think that would be noted somewhere… every time I had to explain why, how and when... After each viewing, I was briefly called to say how it went and ended with: 'you’ll hear from us'. Uhm...that turned out to be an empty promise, because apparently there is no follow-up and if there is, it's not communicated at all. When you then call, one sister says one thing and the other so. If your real estate agent tells you after someone has come to look for the second time that that person will make a final decision in the following week, I think you can assume that this will be followed up as well. Nothing could be further from the truth... You almost have to beg to get any information at all. It's like flogging a dead horse. The notice board had been blown away by the wind... I had to beg for over a month to get a new sign. A month! Eventually, I got a new sign that was attached to my own tree stakes in a terribly unprofessional way. Here’s your sign! My neighbors asked me apologetically if I had made it myself. There is no genuine interest, mostly nonchalance and disinterest. There is no communication and no follow-up. You have to chase everything yourself and hope you hear something. A beautiful luxury packaging without content. My friend only had one viewing in the more than four months that his house was for sale. When we asked them if we could do anything ourselves (new photos, ...), they replied that they would discuss this at the meeting. You can guess it: 'you’ll hear from us'. They never answered us. So exit MyHouse then. The new real estate agent gave us more tips and advice in half an hour than in the excruciating how-many-months we had to endure with MyHouse. Clear and direct communication and no beautiful hollow words coated in syrup, but action and tips that we could get started with. MyHouse really does NOTHING. They don’t take care of you, they don't think along with you, and you get the feeling that you are asking them for the impossible. The absolute minimum is sufficient for them. They excel at amateurism and nonchalance. They simply couldn’t care less. You don’t expect apologies or genuine interest from them. We are dumbfounded and especially annoyed by the fact that they rake in a considerable sum at the end of the journey and have had to do very little for it. You can sell it just as well yourself... Unfortunately, we are not the only ones with such experiences. We hear more and more complaints, both from sellers/landlords and potential buyers/tenants.

My experience with MyHouse real estate agency was very disappointing. Contact is extremely difficult, an appointment wasn't cancelled, after calling 5 times I still couldn't get through on a Friday afternoon! I am glad the property has new tenants but myself (the client who pays the bill) was not aware when the deal was actually finalized and I was already working with another party. I really wondered for which party they were working!

'A word is a word' turns out to be only a beautiful sales pitch. It’s very unfortunate that the agreements made are not (or only partially) honoured.
