A day after I had accepted a nice offer on my house, I was working in my garden and heard someone say on the street: 'see, this house doesn't have a dormer window'. There was no more room for negotiation, it was swallow or choke. That was obviously misjudged in this market: I had more bids and didn't want to deny these buyers anymore.
