There was a brief misunderstanding in the communication when Richard had put the reaction of a viewer on our voicemail, which we never listen to, but that was quickly resolved. You have inaccurate coffee in every industry, also in real estate; cheating and twisting things are all part of selling and making money 🤫. I have had good experiences with Stad & Land Makelaars. I chose them because of their market knowledge and brand recognition. There was an immediate connection! The communication was open and honest. No beautiful promises, no frills but straight to the point. Changes in appointments were neatly passed on by colleagues. Feedback regarding viewings were properly called. I was always greeted kindly on the phone. In short, a great collaboration that resulted in a quick sale of our home.

Not at all recommended. First experience while searching for an apartment: the real estate agent was late, took me to a different apartment than I had requested and tried to charge me a monthly brokerage fee, which is in conflict with NVM policy. Second experience: I ultimately rented a property from a friend of a friend, but they manage the sale of exactly the same apartment. Contrary to what we had agreed, they gained access to my own apartment without me being there, and then harassed me by saying that they had access to the keys at any time without me knowing. Their behavior has proven to be in conflict with common sense and respect; they definitely care more about money than people.
