City and country NVM broker is an excellent choice. Extensive experience in mediating the sale of homes, taking care of everything from A to Z. I read a lot of negative reviews 😲. You have inaccurate coffee in every industry, also in real estate; cheating and twisting things are all part of selling and making money 🤫. As a buyer or seller, you must keep a close eye on things yourself. Otherwise, just a decent broker like the rest, a black hole. Just goes on like that 👍

Asocial as this so-called broker behaves towards potential buyers. Selling a house, during negotiations, suddenly selling it to someone else at the moment the purchasing broker contacts... and that within 10 minutes... are they hiding something? If you ask for information about the house, they know nothing to tell. Be warned!

Do they still exist; brokers who view the buying and selling of real estate not only as a business transaction where the feeling prevails that the customer comes second? They certainly do, but among them, Stad en Land from Rotterdam Kralingen takes a prominent place. Because: 'Rob solves it' ; even if problems appear later on. In short; they have the know how; decades of experience and ....the right approach. No detail escapes them, and that proved useful during the transfer of a historic building in Overschie where ultimately everything was neatly arranged with the very cooperative municipality of Rotterdam. I have had good experiences with Stad & Land Makelaars. I chose them because of their market knowledge and brand recognition. There was an immediate connection! The communication was open and honest. No beautiful promises, no frills but straight to the point. Changes in appointments were neatly passed on by colleagues. Feedback regarding viewings were properly called. I was always greeted kindly on the phone. In short, a great collaboration that resulted in a quick sale of our home.

Absolutely not recommended. First experience while looking for an apartment: the real estate agent was late, took me to a different apartment than I had asked for and tried to charge me a month's worth of brokerage fees, which violates NVM conditions. Second experience: I eventually rented an apartment from a friend of a friend, but they are handling the sale of exactly the same apartment. Going against our agreements, they entered my own apartment without me being there, and then teased me by saying that they could enter at any time with the keys without me knowing. Their behavior has proven to be against any common sense and respect; they care absolutely more about money than people.
