The problem was the lack of communication and professionalism from the real estate agency throughout the entire process. Here is a chronological overview of my experience: • Wednesday: I made an offer and was told that I would hear back on Thursday or Friday. • Friday: I called for an update. No one called back. • Monday: I sent an email. I never received a response. • Tuesday: I called again and was told that the responsible employee was 'very busy' and that I should try contacting them again later. • Wednesday (a week later): I called again and finally reached the employee. He promised to contact the landlord that same day and give me an 'evening' update. However, I never received an email or phone call back.
