De makelaar heeft het niet makkelijk gehad, de verkoop was een verplichte verkoop door een zware vechtscheiding en heeft bijna 3 jaar geduurd. De afspraken waren zeer stroef gegaan om beide partijen gelijk te krijgen. Maar door de rechter bepaalde actie ging het eindelijk lopen, en eerst 8 maanden te koop gestaan en mijn ex wilde mee werken, en na dreiging en kortgeding ging ze eindelijke mee toen was de woning na een week verkocht!
