Contact met de makelaar verliep goed, zeker met in het achterhoofd dat hij zijn eerste kind kreeg in de zoekperiode. Hij was vriendelijk en op tijd op zijn afspraken. Helaas heeft hij niks van de vraagprijs afgekregen, maar dat kan ook aan de overspannen markt hebben gelegen. Zijn tarief is aan de hoge kant. Al met al wel tevreden over deze makelaar.

Luc heeft ons goed geholpen en daarmee een hoop geld bespaard. We waren van plan hoger te bieden, maar hij adviseerde hiertegen en uiteindelijk hebben we voor een stuk goedkoper het huis kunnen kopen!

We are house sharers in Haarlem and we'd been having problems for a while to find a rental property. After two weeks through Marja, we immediately found a home that meets all our requirements! The communication was very clear and pleasant throughout the processes and I can only recommend it! Looking back, I regret not starting the search earlier through the real estate agent because that would have saved me a lot of trouble.

I am an expat who, with my family, is moving from the United Kingdom to the Netherlands and had no idea where to start looking for a house. A colleague referred me to Marja and honestly, she was a lifesaver – so knowledgeable, warm, and helpful. It is a very difficult housing market, but Marja helped us find the right price and location, and how we could best present ourselves to landlords. In the end, we found a wonderful house despite the many competitors. The entire team is super professional!

I advise against working with them. I rented an apartment through their agency and although everything went smoothly during the rental period, the experience at the end was disappointing. They refused to carry out an inspection and said that I should contact the landlord directly to hand over the keys. I also did not receive my full deposit back.
