Bad experience recently. They do not respond to messages via the contact form on their website. Furthermore, I was spoken to very unprofessionally on the phone (giggling about interest in a very popular house, which felt very belittling) and our offer was dismissed with what felt like a fabricated 'rule'. A strong impression that they obtain their money/commission through unfair means.

Later, when interested in other properties, there was no response whatsoever. In our opinion, a very unprofessional real estate agent.
