(we wonen om de hoek) Het contact met Kay Koelewijn hebben wij als heel fijn ervaren, Kay wist de rust terug te brengen bij ons als dat nodig was👍. Na bijna 47 jaar in ons huis te hebben gewoond was het huis verkopen erg spannend voor ons, complimenten voor Kay.

Bad experience with purchasing agent I had an incredibly bad experience with this purchasing agent. After an extensive discussion and trusting in his expertise, he advised me to buy a house that, retrospectively, was full of hidden defects. He emphasized that this house would be an excellent investment and that the price was 'too good to pass up'. After the purchase, however, the property turned out to be full of defects that were not visible during the viewings, and which the agent had not mentioned. There were serious problems with the foundation, the electrical installation was outdated and unsafe, and the roof was in poor condition. These issues only came to light after we had already moved into the house and had an independent structural inspection carried out. It even appears that the agent was aware of these defects but did not share them. All he did was encourage me to close the deal and dismiss my doubts. Ultimately, I have been forced to incur many extra costs for repairs, which has made the property much more expensive than originally thought. I feel cheated and am enormously disappointed in the unprofessional attitude of this purchasing agent. He seems solely focused on closing the deal, without considering the well-being of the buyer. I would absolutely not recommend this agent to anyone seriously looking for a reliable and transparent purchasing advisor.

We bought a house from Gevaert. After the purchase, we discovered a hidden defect. Gevaert made no effort at all to resolve this.
