Marijn helped us with the purchase of our first (and current) house. The disadvantage of falling in love with a property is that you slowly but surely imperceptibly stretch your boundaries and from emotion want to say 'yes' faster to a counter-offer, just to be able to acquire that dream house. Real estate agency Jo Rijksen successfully sold my property at the turning point in the housing market at the end of 2014. The asking price was ambitiously set (I thought: 'it will never happen') and the property was sold within 2 weeks for a price close to it. Above expectations! Photography of the property was professional and certainly contributed to many visits on Funda. Jo Rijksen handled the negotiations well with 3 bids and secured the compromise at the right moment. In short: I am very satisfied with this transaction.

Het zijn echte vakmensen en heel erg menselijk je koopt en verkoopt niet dagelijks een huis maar hebben ons echt perfect geholpen in de verkoop van onze woning met genoeg bezichtigingen en een goeie verkoop en de aankoop van onze droomwoning we hebben het ze niet even makkelijk gemaakt maar had geen betere makelaar kunnen wensen.

Verkopen van een huis doe je niet elke dag. De lokale kennis was cruciaal om het huis marktconform en een beetje + te verkopen. De service en begeleiding naast deskundigheid was voor ons erg belangrijk. Wat we nu ook weten is dat lokale kennis inbrengen ook van belang is!

Mike is een fijne toegankelijke makelaar die heel goed op de hoogte is van de lokale markt. Heeft een goede inschatting gemaakt van de waardebepaling en de uiteindelijke vraagprijs. De woning was heel snel verkocht, nog voor de bezichtigingen plaats zouden vinden, maar ook het natraject en het contact met Arina was top.
