Nice man, but the viewing didn't last much longer than fifteen minutes. The valuation of my property was two hundred thousand euros higher than that of two other estate agents, which made it seem rather unbelievable to me. No area or volume measurements were taken, so I don’t know what the attached measurement list is based on. I asked questions about an unreadable file and did not receive an answer. Furthermore, I find it strange that I am being asked to give a review when I haven't even received the valuation yet. I experienced everything as impersonal. I do not think the invoice amount is in proportion to the services provided.
