House seen in Kaatsheuvel. Making an appointment went well. But on the day of the viewing, we barely had time to walk quietly through the house; we wanted to walk through the house alone with the real estate agent after the viewing, but that wasn't possible. The real estate agent already had to leave. We had email contact about what our ideas were and asked if he wanted to discuss them with the current sellers, but that didn't work. The real estate agent himself said: 'Of course, that is far too low for the sellers.' I THINK they want to start talking from ... ton. Very strange that the real estate agent doesn't even try to present our plans to the sellers but instead says it’s too low and thinks the sellers only want to start talking from. Who is he to determine that for the sellers?!! Very bad service. That house will never be sold by that real estate agent.

Een klein maar zeer deskundig en op elkaar ingespeeld team heeft ons uitstekend ontzorgd bij de verkoop van het huis.

Een bezichtiging gehad en bod gedaan op een huis dat door deze makelaar werd aangeboden. Zoals deze huizenmarkt vraagt hebben we flink overboden. Later gebeld door de makelaar met de vraag hoe wij op onze leeftijd dit konden betalen. Makelaar klonk wantrouwig en nam ons duidelijk niet serieus. Later werden we nogmaals gebeld dat de verkopers voor zekerheid waren gegaan en dus voor een bod dat een stuk lager lag waren gegaan . Wij een huis misgelopen en de verkopers een mooi bod omdat de makelaar een stel jonge kopers niet serieus kon nemen.
