De makelaar had al voorkennis over de woning die in de verkoop kwam, wat zorgde voor een goede inschatting van de waarde. Wel was er wat pech met het verkoopmoment - de weersomstandigheden zaten in de winter niet mee - waardoor er geen goed bod leek te komen, maar dit is mede door hét doorzettingsvermogen van de makelaar alsnog goed gekomen. Ook de flexibiliteit is goed bevallen.

Wij zijn erg tevreden over de begeleiding die we van jullie hebben gekregen bij zowel de aankoop, verkoop als het financieel advies. Alles verliep altijd snel, duidelijk en vooral super vriendelijk. De communicatie was goed en transparant, wat ons vertrouwen gaf gedurende het hele proces. We vonden het ook erg prettig dat alles onder één dak zit. Daardoor konden jullie onderling snel schakelen en goed afstemmen tussen aankoop, verkoop en financiën/hypotheek, wat voor ons echt een pluspunt was. Ook waren we erg tevreden over het stylingadvies en de fotografie bij de verkoop van ons huis. Kortom: we zijn heel goed geholpen door het hele team en zouden jullie zeker aanraden. Ga zo door!

Precies dezelfde ervaring als in de review van Gehannes. Nieuwbouwhuis staat maanden later met een halve ton meer te koop op de makelaarssite. Terwijl er een reservelijst was die niet wordt geraadpleegd of niet op orde was. Althans er is niet over gecommuniceerd met mij.

Emailed regarding a house, asking whether negotiations with a buyer had already started or if nothing concrete had been agreed upon. I received a reply email with the response: “Thank you for your viewing request, we will discuss with the owner when we can schedule this.” I then emailed back — no response. Subsequently, I called and explained the situation; “You will be called back today, sir.” You already guess it: I’m still waiting for that phone call. Meanwhile, the house is now up for bidding… Conclusion: if I ever wanted to sell my house, I certainly would not approach this real estate agent. And if you are selling your house through this party, I hope they do their best for you.
