Wij hebben onlangs onze woning verkocht waarbij Nu Makelaardij de makelaar van de kopers was. Tijdens de eindinspectie waren zij zelf niet aanwezig en hadden zij Walton Makelaardij ingehuurd om hen te vervangen. Helaas hebben wij deze ervaring als zeer onprettig ervaren. De woning was schoon en netjes opgeleverd. Tijdens de inspectie werd een beschadiging aan een deur ontdekt die wij zelf vóór de verhuizing niet hadden gezien. In plaats van rustig overleg of een normale, vriendelijke benadering, werd er direct op een botte en dwingende manier een vergoeding geëist. Daarbij werd een bedrag genoemd dat achteraf totaal niet realistisch bleek te zijn. Wat ons vooral tegenviel was de manier van communiceren. Er was weinig respect, geen vriendelijke houding en totaal geen prettige sfeer tijdens een moment dat voor beide partijen netjes afgesloten zou moeten worden. Achteraf bleek bovendien dat de daadwerkelijke nieuwprijs van de betreffende deur veel lager lag dan ons tijdens de inspectie werd verteld. Omdat Walton Makelaardij namens Nu Makelaardij handelde, vinden wij dat deze ervaring ook iets zegt over de keuze van samenwerkingspartners en de manier waarop klanten worden vertegenwoordigd. Erg jammer, want juist bij een woningoverdracht verwacht je professionaliteit, redelijkheid en respectvolle communicatie.
