Our needs were very specific: not too far from public transport to easily reach the HS- and Centraal stations, but also, coming from Paris, a place that would be both lively and residential. Alexander perfectly understood our needs and guided us through the viewings with very useful comments and didn't hesitate to honestly tell us when he thought the location wasn't suitable for our situation. He never tried to force us into a situation, although the market is extremely tense and some apartments can disappear within days. However, I do not recommend doing the viewings by video, because reality can be very distorted and the disappointment too. Dutch houses are very specific and you must visit them to get your own idea and which type suits you (ground floor only, double above, etc.). Alexander advised us perfectly from beginning to end (4 months of searching and more than 20 viewings) and was very patient! He gave us a small tip on how to bid for the apartment we wanted, and it worked! We are very happy with it and hope to keep the contact alive after we have moved to The Hague! We wholeheartedly recommend De Vries Robbé and Alexander!

Unreachable. Responded via Funda, during our vacation a missed call, did receive an SMS requesting us to contact them by phone. Upon returning home with good spirits we tried calling, at various times and days. No one answers, or the connection is dropped. Then we responded to the SMS asking if they would like to contact us. No response. Looked up the company on the internet, took the email address of the person under the SMS. We have been a week further now and still no response. Very unfortunate, for both buyer and seller, I think.
