WORST experience with Koops Haarlem. After our checkout, they charged us 400 € for cleaning costs of eleven hours for a few spots that we had missed when cleaning. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place if you want to rent - you are scammers.

Don't go into business with this realtor! Dishonest company. Luckily, we had photos that clearly showed the damage. If this realtor doesn't get their houses rented out quickly, they will resort to shady practices. So be sure to take your own photos of everything before entering into an agreement with the realtor!

Highly recommended! In December 2024, I came to Dokter Makelaars through a referral. I have not regretted it for a moment. After getting acquainted with Dennis, we started the search for my first home in Amsterdam in January. I had a clear search profile myself and based on that, I received daily offers of homes that met it. I find the Move website easy to use and I also checked Funda daily (there were many properties between those that didn't quite meet my requirements). I experienced the search with Dennis as very pleasant. Communication via WhatsApp and telephone went well; Dennis responds quickly, friendly and clearly. We also had a good connection, which made viewing houses together enjoyable! After several viewings, I knew exactly what to look for and which questions I could ask the selling broker.
