Horrendous office with terrible communication. The first time I met them at the office was to pick up my keys. The person handling my case decided it would be funny to pull my leg and say he didn't have the keys. I didn't find that funny after a 2-hour drive. They will also not hesitate to charge you for things that are not legal. I once had to call a lawyer to get them to back down because they made a mistake in the contract which prevented them from raising my rent. Actually, they shouldn't be allowed to raise my rent ever and have already tried to do so several times. The only time they were nice and professional was when they called to ask when I planned to move out, because the landlord forced them to pay the difference they couldn't charge me. With their attitude and behavior, I would gladly want to live here for another 20 years with a frozen rent 🤗

We were able to buy a wonderful house in Amersfoort with great pleasure and success, thanks to the help of Arne Hopstaken. It was an educational search process, during which Arne let us experience the process and so we arrived at the right location, property, and offer. We purchased a house through Roland, although not everything is finalized on our side, De Ruiter Makelaarshuis arranged everything neatly. Of course, things are sometimes forgotten, but this is always resolved properly. We have decided to also sell our current home through De Ruiter; we had an extensive scan and received good advice. The collaboration here is (as far as we're concerned) top-notch, and it was suggested to create a group app where everyone shares information relevant to the partner and realtor in the group. So, as far as we’re concerned, everything is neat and definitely recommendable!

I've honestly never experienced anything this bad before. I'm looking for a garage near me, and De Ruiter is offering one at a reasonable price: a quick deal seems possible then. During the viewing, I only wanted one thing: to drive the car in briefly to see if my car fits. During the viewing, the real estate agent only had the key to the small door with him, so I couldn't get the car in. I arranged this through a neighbor afterwards. It was striking that the garage he showed me wasn’t the garage in the photo on the website. That’s already strange. But okay: I made an offer that was accepted. Then, when reviewing the purchase agreement, I see yet another garage number listed there. So the garage is neither the one on the site nor the one the real estate agent showed me. What exactly are you selling then? Sorry, but I can't take this seriously anymore. Apparently, many real estate agents have it so easy that they no longer put in any effort at all. You would expect a phone call from the owner afterwards with apologies and a request to resolve this together, but not even that. Very very bad!

A star is still too much. Had an appointment last week with Nino Visser, at first glance everything seemed very reliable and I offered the exact asking price and was congratulated on the garage box. All other bidders would be turned away and I would receive an email with the details that the real estate agency needed to draw up the purchase agreement. Unfortunately, less than 15 minutes later, Nino called me saying there was another bidder with the same offer, according to him the bidder had offered by mail. I then bid an additional €500 because I really wanted the garage box given the location and electrical facilities. He would let me know before the end of the day whether I could still buy the garage box, he was hopeful about this. Later I was called and told that I hadn't gotten it after all (after consultation with the selling party, the previous owners), I then stated that I found this quite striking because I had made the highest bid and had already been congratulated. All I received were his apologies and he would keep me informed if new boxes became available. Now that I have read the reviews about this realtor, I want to warn everyone about their practices and I would advise everyone not to trust them. I am incredibly disappointed and still don't understand how all of this is possible. For my part, I feel it’s due to my background; I can’t think of any other reason. The most amateurish realtor I have ever come across. I hope people will think twice before doing business with you bunglers.

A realtor who is very poorly organized administratively. Did not have a key during the viewing to show the storage room. Incorrect data was passed on to the seller during the bidding process, causing the mediation to go wrong. After I was called with the good news that I had the apartment and the deal was closed, I was called half an hour later that due to an administrative error it would not happen after all.. How can this go wrong? Bizarrely bad!
