It started already with an extensive viewing of more than an hour. Not the standard half hour in which you really can't see everything properly. He took ample time. He could also answer most questions directly and for the remaining questions he quickly came back to us. During the entire process of making an offer, drafting the purchase agreement and answering questions there was also always a quick and good response. And in a nice, personal way. We certainly recommend Hanse+Hanse.

Unfortunately, they stated that they did not have time for this and referred me to their partner, Kooijman Makelaars. Kooijman was invited, but the first appointment was cancelled due to circumstances beyond their control – which can happen. They did show up for a second invitation; the visit went well. However, after that, we heard nothing more, despite several phone calls from my side. Fortunately, we had also approached other real estate agents, so we decided not to award them the assignment. All in all, a disappointing experience.

31 Oct 2024Both when purchasing my new home and selling my old home (after a blunder on my part with another, tinkering and much more expensive real estate agent in North-Beveland (Boot)), Michel but especially Corinda, assisted me superbly. My house was sold reasonably quickly and the purchase also went very smoothly. An extra viewing, for measurement and such things, was never a problem. They don't charge start-up costs, unlike that other real estate agent, so they are ultimately cheaper and also better at selling my old home. The property of the new owners was also sold quickly. The other staff is also very friendly, neat in communication, and deliver beautiful and correct work, such as the brochure. Fine real estate agent and once again a compliment for Corinda! Thank you for everything!
