Also, the eventual buyer asked me afterwards about the negotiator's tactics. I didn't feel relieved but actually experienced more sales stress due to the way it went.

Info on the website: we are open, reachable by phone and even an email address... phone?? Nah, we're not picking that up (several attempts were made), not even a message saying they're closed or something where you can leave a message.. It turns out the phone number listed on Huislijn.nl belongs to a vague home shopping site, in short, very reliable. Update: they do respond that there is an incorrect number somewhere, and meanwhile still don’t answer the phone or respond to emails... imagine having your house for sale with them 😂😂😂😂

House bought via Liv with hidden defects. When you make this known, there is no reaction and no empathy shown. Only after placing a negative review do they start to stalk you in order to have a conversation. Because, oh dear, if there is a stain on the number. Unfortunately my wife removed her negative review, but it would still have been in place. Liv calls you to supposedly draw a lesson from it, but it's just rehashing in order to keep the number high.

Noorderlicht Makelaars was allowed to accompany me during the purchase of my new home. A very nice team of people, open, transparent and what I experienced as nice are the short lines and quick switching! Also the knowledge of the neighborhoods is very nice, multiple times given the advice 'skip this property' which gave me the feeling that they really take into account the wishes I had. All in all incredibly nice help and still very happy with the purchase of my home! I therefore definitely recommend Noorderlicht Makelaars!

We don't live near the house we sold, but that wasn't a problem; the photographer could get started without us, and the viewings were also done without us. We only had to choose whom to sell to!
