For buyers and interested parties, personal contact could not be realized while I had requested proper service to interested parties. Also, the eventual buyer asked me afterwards about the negotiator's tactics. I didn't feel relieved but actually experienced more sales stress due to the way it went.

In the meantime, we called again and heard nothing, and today, after calling again, we heard in a voicemail that it had been sold. It would be nice to receive updates or contact in between.

17 Mar 2025With pleasure, looking back on the collaboration with real estate agent Bosma & de Witte during the sale of my house with full satisfaction and success. During the first meeting, I immediately felt a connection and it felt familiar. (clear information and a businesslike yet friendly approach) Throughout the period from listing to signing the definitive sales contract, the cooperation was very pleasant. I received good advice on how to adapt my house with some improvements and make it attractive for sale. The house had to be emptied, and I was helped with this by a cleaner. I got this address through their mediation. That saved me a lot of work. A professional photographer took care of a beautiful photo presentation of the house. Potential buyers were given this brochure home after they had viewed the house. During the exciting phase around the sale, I felt enormously supported by this real estate agent. I can wholeheartedly recommend Bosma & de Witte real estate agency; as far as I'm concerned, they get a 10! You really can’t get a better real estate agent.
