Er is veel tijd en ruimte voor persoonlijke aandacht. Je wensen worden zeer serieus genomen en er wordt voldoende tijd aan besteed. Wij ervaren Klaasjan als een eerlijke en oprechte makelaar met passie en humor. Iemand die écht voor je gaat. Hij heeft ons bijzonder goed geholpen met het zoeken naar een huis in Friesland. Zijn bouwkundige achtergrond kwam daarbij zeer goed van pas. Die achtergrond is eigenlijk een absolute pré in deze huidige overspannen huizenmarkt. Voor onze dochter heeft Klaasjan zich volledig ingezet om een huis in IJlst te kunnen aankopen waar zij hun zinnen op hadden gezet. Dit is door de hulp van Klaasjan gelukt. Geweldig!!! Wij en onze dochter en schoonzoon zijn dankbaar én zeer tevreden over de vakkundigheid van Makelaardij Kuperus Heeringa. That was the case with realtor De Jong in Workum. To my surprise, my house sold quickly for a good price and there was pleasant support from the office (Elske!). I usually only give tens, but adding a nine makes it less boring ;-)

The seller still declines the sale and the real estate agent indicates that he will not pass on the advice for a foundation survey to new buyers, regardless of his reporting obligation. Does not honor agreements and shows no empathy.

We didn't get a 2nd chance and unfortunately Mr. did not keep his word in the phone conversation. I think it’s very unfortunate to have to write this review, but in these hard times I prefer to be honest. If I had had a positive experience, I would of course also have shared it via a review. But alas... Who knows, maybe I can adjust this someday ;)

Then we were cancelled a day before the viewing. The house had already been sold. No chance was given. The buying party would fit well there, but the conditions under which they were a suitable party were the same conditions under which we could buy. I received the answer that they unfortunately didn't know that, indicating that nothing was asked of us either.
