Dit hebben wij als erg prettig ervaren. Eigenlijk is alles perfect verlopen zoals we gehoopt hadden, met een succesvolle verkoop als eindresultaat. We zouden bij een toekomstige verkoop direct weer met Marco in zee gaan en kunnen hem alleen maar aanraden!

Er is vanaf het eerste contact duidelijk gecommuniceerd en meegedacht over de aanpak tot verkoop van de woning. Zo was er goed advies hoe de woning verkoop klaar te maken, de te vervolgen verkoop strategie, en uiteindelijk de afhandeling van de verkoop. Het team van Maison Makelaars Graafschap-Midden bleek deskundig en doortastend. Mijn dank voor de ontvangen begeleiding. Zeker een aanrader voor anderen die overwegen de woning te verkopen.

Where they primarily distinguish themselves is that, in addition to guidance throughout the entire purchasing process, they also work on a basis of modular services. Ideal in our situation because within a short timeframe we had to find a property and were not bound to the specific working area of the real estate agent. We have now purchased our dream home, a property that unfortunately fell outside the working area of Grotenhuis Makelaardij. That does not diminish the fact that we are enormously grateful to Fabian for the knowledge we gained thanks to him (such as what we should pay attention to when purchasing a home and what a very well-finished property is approximately worth in the current housing market). I am convinced that this would not have succeeded for me otherwise (yet) without this knowledge. In the future, there will certainly be a moment when we return to this area; Grotenhuis Makelaardij will then absolutely be the first real estate agent I involve in my search. Fabian, thank you again for everything you were able to mean to us! You are an excellent real estate agent with enormous knowledge, which together with your always friendly and positive demeanor distinguishes you as a professional within your field and as a real estate agent within the area.
