20 Mar 2025We, as a young couple, went looking for a nice spot. We knew through our advisor what was possible. The chosen property fell within our budget. Nevertheless, the real estate agent claimed that we couldn't afford it. At least, those were their words. Very disrespectful. Luckily, the house was what we were looking for (with the defects later) because you don't come here for information, service, or professionalism. Our designated real estate agent was practically never present at appointments and unreachable by phone. It was then a colleague or substitute to whom we couldn't ask anything. It seems like just anyone can become a real estate agent. The 'Fair Bidding' process is also just a matter of giving the child a name. We had an agreement, yet they preferred to sell the house to someone else. All's well that ends well for us. But we will never choose Versluijs again and we advise everyone against it.

Door eigen account op via hun site alle beschikbare documenten altijd veilig te raadplegen. Samen de verkoopprijs vastgesteld zodat we daar zelf ook goed gevoel bij hadden. Zodra het op de markt kwam liepen de aanvragen voor bezichtigingen al binnen en deze werden netjes gegroepeerd ingepland en op de tweede bezichtiging…
