An appointment for a viewing was made, which also included a confirmation, but unfortunately the agent did not show up at the agreed time. After we called to inquire about the agent's whereabouts, we received a response from the brokerage that left us completely astonished. Instead of an apology for something going wrong, there was complete silence on the other end of the line. There you stand after 1.5 hours of driving without result and therefore also 1.5 hours back, very special, but it wasn't the first time this week that a real estate agent didn't show up.

The seller still declines the sale and the real estate agent indicates that he will not pass on the advice for a foundation survey to new buyers, regardless of his reporting obligation. Does not honor agreements and shows no empathy.
