We dealt with a business-minded and very charming woman who, in our opinion, was the right person to promote our house without prejudice and convince buyers. The presentation of the property on Funda and the downloadable version thereof were exceptionally well taken care of. Persuasive texts, beautiful video presentation and photos. Also, the further processing of the sale and guidance therein was particularly pleasant, human and relaxed. It's a shame we only have 1 house to sell.

10 Nov 2025No positive experience with this real estate agent. We had bought a house subject to conditions. You have to sign while the appraiser has not yet been there. The next day we contacted the appraiser by phone. Our appraiser reported that there was a problem with the house. Subsequently, we had a conversation with the real estate agent who himself proposed that we would look for an appropriate solution and that we together with a specialist would view the house again. After we had done the viewing. She lies and deceives you where you stand, We have dissolved the purchase agreement. With this real estate agent you should not do business.

An appointment for a viewing was made, which also included a confirmation, but unfortunately the agent did not show up at the agreed time. After we called to inquire about the agent's whereabouts, we received a response from the brokerage that left us completely astonished. Instead of an apology for something going wrong, there was complete silence on the other end of the line. There you stand after 1.5 hours of driving without result and therefore also 1.5 hours back, very special, but it wasn't the first time this week that a real estate agent didn't show up.

We were therefore flooded with responses for the aforementioned property. That you have not received a response from us anymore, is of course no excuse, but it has played a role here. Therefore, on this occasion, our apologies from ‘the one who goes over it’. Your data have been deleted in the meantime. That you bring up the alleged racism card, we find very regrettable and also painful. In this way, you do a disservice to us, but certainly also yourself. 09 Sep 2025Do thorough research when entering into an agreement as a buying party with this realtor. We recently purchased a house where the cadastral data is incorrect. (I'm talking about a considerable number of meters here!) According to our new neighbors (multiple people), this realtor was aware of this, but it was NOT communicated to us. In fact, it was stated on paper that the cadastral information did match. The vague behavior during key handover now makes sense. It’s really nice to move into a new house and start with a neighborhood dispute! Just communicate it and this could have been prevented. Money is at stake for everything!

09 Jan 2025We, as the purchasing party, have had to deal with this realtor. Nothing but drama and miscommunication. The realtor does not pass on appointments to the sellers, which creates irritation for both parties. In addition, the realtor has no idea what object he is selling or who is even entitled to sell the house. He knows little to nothing about the house he is selling. I'm not just talking about history, but for example about whether there is a concrete floor or a wooden floor on the ground floor or who owns the property. For those people who are buying a home through this realtor: do your own homework and make sure you know how things stand. That prevents a lot of hassle later in the process.
