24 Jan 2025We, as the purchasing party, have had to deal with this realtor. Nothing but drama and miscommunication. The realtor does not pass on appointments to the sellers, which creates irritation for both parties. In addition, the realtor has no idea what object he is selling or who is even entitled to sell the house. He knows little to nothing about the house he is selling. I'm not just talking about history, but for example about whether there is a concrete floor or a wooden floor on the ground floor or who owns the property. For those people who are buying a home through this realtor: do your own homework and make sure you know how things stand. That prevents a lot of hassle later in the process.

16 Jun 2024After the official appraisal of our new house, they promised to come by our old house the following week on Thursday or Friday for a free value appraisal as agreed over the phone. However, they didn't show up on Thursday. So I called Friday morning to see what was going on. The man who answered the phone was in the car and promised to call back as soon as he was at the office to still fulfill the appointment. Now 1.5 months later, he still has to call back.....

Hello Robert. As I explained before, we are generally not allowed to perform valuations of your old home because we arranged the valuation of your new home. During the valuation, we are explicitly asked whether we were involved in the assessment of your existing property. The fact that you would no longer be impartial could cause the current valuation to become unusable, and that is certainly not the intention. I hope you will sell the current property smoothly.
