Once we are in negotiation, it is appropriate to properly conclude the negotiations with the current party before entering into negotiations with a new potential buyer. Changing the status on Funda takes some time to adjust. We are not entirely clear where we should attribute the low review, as we try to complete the transaction as smoothly as possible. You wouldn't expect anything less from your selling real estate agent, would you?

27 Apr 2025Strange kwibus.. I think Mr. Kerssier is doing too well! There's a beautiful house for sale in Zwiggelte where we certainly had interest! We would like to make an appointment to come and have a look. This could only happen from the nvn open houses day (strange that the real estate agent doesn't bother) I think either the real estate agent is doing too well. Or Mr. thinks 'ah, those city people can't afford it' (because I don't speak plainly) We ourselves live on something similar in terms of land and also in Drenthe. On the internet it says that Zwiggelte is being terrorized by a pack of wolves. And since we have chickens according to Mr. Outside the fact that we do indeed have them. We have horses, dogs, fish and so on.. And yes a baby of a few weeks old. So a pack of wolves around your house isn't super... But hey still we had interest. But because of this arrogant attitude of the real estate agent this has suddenly disappeared. 1 * is actually still too much. Ps you have my nr so you can always call me Mark!

After initially reaching a mutually accepted bid through the 'normal' process of drawing lots/bidding, the purchase of a house in Meppen was cancelled at the end of January 2019 by the selling party via this real estate agent. No reason given. Cancelled on Saturday afternoon at 5:45 p.m. after approximately 10 days of verbal agreement had been reached. Appointments were made for Monday and Tuesday with a technical inspector and appraiser. Final damage amount >Eur. 1000,-. And all this with the knowledge of this real estate agent who did not hear back regarding compensation for inspection/appraisal costs. Legally, no recourse is possible. Standards of decency trampled upon. A stain on the profession of a real estate agent. A real estate agent who has told the better-bidding buyer that he has resolved 'tricky cases' with potential buyers in a very friendly, expert manner. NOT SO. A real estate agent with a double agenda. Reviews on Funda are only reserved for 'invitees', which is why this review was posted through this channel. Reviews on Funda should therefore be taken with a grain of salt.
