Rappange Makelaardij

Wij zijn ontzettend tevreden over de samenwerking met Paul. Hij heeft alles op een professionele en deskundige manier aangepakt en stond altijd klaar om onze vragen te beantwoorden. Zijn kennis van de markt en zijn persoonlijke benadering maakten het hele proces prettig en zorgeloos. Dank voor alles Paul Brands!

Verschrikkelijk slechte VvE beheerder. Rappange heeft ruim 10 jaar onze VvE beheert en een complete zooi achtergelaten. Hierdoor zitten wij nu met veel achterstallig onderhoud (>200k EUR) en geen geld. Ook moet de hele structuur met ondersplitsingen opnieuw worden opgemaakt omdat Rappange (onwettig) hier nooit aandacht aan heeft besteed. Als VvE leden contact opnamen met de beheerder werden ze ronduit onbeschoft behandeld tot aan beledigingen aan toe. Ik zou Rappange VvE beheer absoluut niet aanraden.

Verschrikkelijke VvE beheerder, zeer slordig en sluw, de gehele administratie van onze VvE bewust niet overgedragen aan onze huidige beheerder. Wij gaan hen dagvaarden. En hebben een klacht ingediend VvE klachten website. Tevens belangenverstrengeling met hun eigen leveranciers.....en andere verdachte zaken, vandaar dat onze VvE is overgestapt. Zeer onvriendelijk aan de telefoon en hangen bewust op om de VvE leden niet te woord te staan. Met name Peter Dekker, hele nare man. Kortom ga s.v.p. niet in zee met dit firma, zij staan online bekend als dubieus, honderden klachten.

Ik zou 0 sterren geven als dat mogelijk was, wat een vreselijke ervaring. Rappange was twee weken te laat met het terugbetalen van mijn borg (van €4000, dus geen klein bedrag) en toen we om een ​​bevestiging vroegen dat het was verzonden, waren ze extreem onbeleefd aan de telefoon en hingen ze zelfs op toen mijn huisgenoot belde. Amsterdam staat bekend om zijn slechte huurmarkt, maar wauw, deze gasten zijn echt van een ongekend niveau!

Een huis kopen doe ik niet elke dag, mijn oude huis 'even' verkopen evenmin. Daarbij wil ik hulp van iemand die gewoon heel aardig en heel betrouwbaar is. Udo van Willigenburg van Rappange heeft me voor een tweede keer stap voor stap door dit hele proces geloodst. Hij deed dit weer nét zo betrokken en met evenveel persoonlijke aandacht als de vorige keer in 2009. Mijn tempo en behoeften waren voor hem leidend, ik heb totaal geen stress ervaren, want ik werd geheel 'ontzorgd'. De adminstratieve details en regelzaken worden door hem snel en zorgvuldig uitgezocht, opgepakt en uitgezet. Hij koppelt alles terug en is prettig en transparant in zijn communicatie. Udo neemt alle tijd om met je te sparren en je van een realistisch advies te voorzien. Hij doet écht moeite om jouw wensen te verwezenlijken en hij staat altijd naast je, bij élke stap in het proces. Met Udo heb je het vertrouwen: hoe dan ook, alles komt helemaal goed.

Fijne makelaar, snelle en goede communiatie. Kortom, aanrader.

Update November 2025: Under pressure from our lawyer, Rappange finally adjusted the balconies as they should be, however, they have now again connected the rainwater drain at the back to our rainwater drain. Without consultation. They have no regard for us at Rappange. Now I just want to go to court, because I'm completely done with these scrap dealers. Update January 2025: During the renovation of the neighbor's balcony, they tried to drill through our façades. When caught, not even an apology was offered. Then the promise to repair the incorrectly constructed balconies of the neighbors in a proper way, removing the vertical beams through our support beams and grinding them down and welding them away, and repairing our support beams, NOT kept. The overhanging balconies above ours would also be removed and taken away. Also this has not happened. Now the ARAG legal assistance is involved and going to court about it. What a worthless company Rappange is! And they are well known for that. So don't let your real estate be managed by this party. That prevents unnecessary lawsuits. November 2024: Worthless company in terms of management and worthless for the residents of properties managed by Rappange. The worst thing is, the property is owned by Rappange itself, so by definition already very poorly maintained. - They enter our adjacent property without consultation (roofs, gutters, balconies). - Want to incorrectly constructed balconies at their own property (also in management), by going to prop them up with beams/profiles in our façade without consultation. - According to the Law, each property/VvE is itself responsible for discharging rainwater into the sewer. Rappange thinks they can give another interpretation to the Law. - Furthermore, an arrogant manager in service of Rappange. They really don't care about the neighbors. Communication is a disaster and they do not respond to emails. Read also the other bad reviews about Rappange. That says enough, enough to walk around it with a bow.

I have never come across such a bad landlord in my professional career as this one. Rappange is all about money and not about people. Should you have the choice, I would NEVER rent here.

The worst experience I've ever had with a car rental company - slow communication and downright rude.

Extremely disappointed with Rappange's service – think twice before hiring them! (0 STARS!) Since purchasing our apartment a year ago, we have had an incredibly frustrating experience with Rappange as our service provider. In just one year, we have been shuffled between 3 different account managers. Here are my main complaints: 1) Inefficient communication: It is a constant struggle to get clear information from Rappange. Emails and phone calls often go unanswered for days, weeks, or even months. 2) Lack of follow-up: Problems remain unresolved and there are no updates unless we repeatedly inquire about progress. Constant need to chase after them: We have to proactively and repeatedly contact them to receive updates or solutions for ongoing issues. 3) No leadership: It appears that nobody is in charge or willing to take responsibility and lead the handling of problems, leaving us in a constant state of uncertainty. 4) General dissatisfaction: It has been a year of continuous disappointment with their services, clearly indicating that their customer support is seriously lacking. 5) Refusal to share contract: We have been waiting for more than 6 months for the contract we signed with them, which means we do not fully understand the details of our agreement and our rights. I strongly advise anyone considering Rappange for property management to reconsider this decision. Based on our experiences, their approach to customer service and problem-solving is fundamentally flawed and has only made our challenges worse instead of solving them.

I've been waiting for a new refrigerator for more than 2 months and keep trying to contact them, but unfortunately that doesn't work and they don't respond to my emails. This organization fails to respond to your emails up to 3 times (still no response), transfers you multiple times when calling and eventually just hangs up. Almost impossible to get in touch with them, and if you do speak to someone, they are not cooperative or helpful at all.
