Bij de aankoop van onze woning ging ik op zoek naar een geschikte makelaar. Op basis van Google reviews koos ik er 3 uit. Haarlemsche Huizen was de eerste makelaar waar ik langs ging. Zonder afspraak. Ik werd meteen heel warm door Esther ontvangen en ze maakte direct tijd voor mij. Gewoon zo zonder afspraak. We hadden een heel fijn gesprek en Esther luisterde goed naar mijn wensen en gaf mij meteen een eerlijk advies over wat er wel en niet mogelijk was. Ik ging daarna nog langs 2 andere makelaars, grotere kantoren met een goede naam maar de ontvangst was meteen al minder. Er was geen tijd voor mij zonder afspraak en ik voelde mij direct een van de velen. Ik was er snel over uit dat ik met Haarlemsche Huizen in zee wilde. Dus ik belde Esther dezelfde dag nog en kon meteen terecht voor de intake. Daar ontmoette ik ook Etienne. Esther ging direct aan de slag en was snel en concreet. Elke dag ontving ik optionele huizen en als ik een bezichtiging wilde werd deze direct geregeld. Etienne ging mee naar de bezichtiging en was zeer grondig en duidelijk ervaren en heel goed op de hoogte van de staat van de huizen in de verschillende buurten van Haarlem. Ook adviseerde zij ons een goede hypotheekadviseur bij de hypotheker waar we ook zeer tevreden over zijn. Bij de laatste bezichtiging deden we een bod en dankzij de zeer snelle actie van Etienne en Esther waren wij de eerste bieders. We mochten uiteindelijk ook als laatste een bod doen. Etienne adviseerde ons wat te doen en zorgde er ook voor dat via de hypotheekadviseur binnen een half uur een garantie voor onze financiering werd afgegeven aan de verkoper. Dankzij deze snelle actie werden wij uitgekozen door de verkoper om het huis te kopen! We willen Esther en Etienne dan ook uit de grond van ons hart bedanken.
