Afgelopen maanden frequent (en prettig) contact gehad met makelaarskantoor van Ee bij aankoop van ons appartement in het centrum van Zeist én de verkoop van ons dierbare oude huis in Zeist-West. Steeds makkelijk bereikbaar, fijne persoonlijke benadering (van Gerrit-Jan en Yvette) en kennis van de lokale situatie met daarbij passende oplossingen hebben ons (én onze zoon) heel goed geholpen! Warm aanbevolen.

De makelaar vond het niet goed dat wij de tekst en foto’s zagen voordat hij het op Funda ging zetten. Hij kwam beloftes niet na. Bij de foto’s maken was hij ineens weg. Slechte volgorde van de foto’s en slechte tekst met schrijffouten. Pyramide schreef hij piramide. Hij hield ons niet op de hoogte van het verloop. Kortom: erg teleurstellend. Hij is arrogant en lui.

A well-known person asked me to evaluate a rental agreement from Floortje Schouten (Floor Real Estate). A name that suggests it's a heavy-weight; but what a mess. Wrong references, references to penalty clause articles that don't exist, referring to things that also have nothing to do with a regular house, duplicates in articles, articles that stop halfway, and suddenly continue two pages and two article numbers further. It looks like the purest cut-and-paste job... I'm not a lawyer, but have seen many contracts in my business life. This is by far the sloppiest, least professional one. And also: unclearness about the energy bill (no own meter, yet a so-called independent house..., unclearness about the used deposit amount). With a correct reaction on 'can we see the annual statement to verify whether that amount is realistic?') you don't have to worry about it, but if it's avoided. And that happened. 'This person is clearly legally trained. Customer, don't do business with them, it leads to trouble.' No self-reflection, very shameful; and even worse: not wanting to do business with someone who just signs a good contract; worrying. And that for an NVM real estate agent...

De makelaar sprak de verwachting uit dat mijn huis binnen 2 weken zou worden verkocht voor een door hem vastgestelde prijs die goed overeenkwam met andere taxaties die ik had. Toen er na 2 weken op fund nog 0 (!) reacties waren werd dit geweten aan angst voor verdwijnen hypotheekrente aftrek. Het leek me altijd een sterk verhaal dat dan 100% van de kopers zich terug zouden trekken. Toen er na 6 weken nog niets gebeurd was heb ik erop aangedrongen de vraagprijs te verlagen omdat …
