According to Mr., the house can only be demolished and is no longer worth renovating. That also doesn't match the description. If Mr. de Vor had responded properly and simply answered my questions, I might have still considered making the investment, but purely due to his i.m.o. almost impolite phone call, I will strongly advise against this real estate agent.
