Everything has gone smoothly. The initial estimate that there would be a significant surplus did not turn out to be the case in practice. My house has been sold below the asking price. I ultimately made that choice myself because we had one serious buyer and there were no new viewings scheduled. My thought was that the longer a house is for sale, the fewer offers would come in. It's not an exact science.

Randmeer sold my parents' house in Ermelo after my father passed away and my mother could no longer live alone. I don't live nearby myself. We gave them the key and they took care of everything, energy label, viewing days, bids etc. Of course, they did call at crucial moments for consultation but I had no further involvement. Alleen maar positieve opmerkingen. Vanaf het begin tot het einde heeft de makelaar gedaan wat wij van hem verwachten. Attent, kundig, vriendelijk, sociaal, Gewoon prettig om mee samen te werken.

Helaas een ongekend slechte ervaring gehad door de professionele tekortkomingen van Drieklomp Makelaars en in het bijzonder van makelaar Dennis Stalenhoef bij de verkoop van onze kapitale woonboerderij. Onder meer, zeer slecht verkoopprijsadvies (aantoonbaar niet marktconform, veel te laag), vooraf niet ingelezen in het gemeentelijk bouwdossier, slechte communicatie (laat, onduidelijk of helemaal niet), geen proactieve houding en interesse (totaal niet verdiept in de specificaties van het huis en omliggende erven). Met als gevolg veel ruis en onduidelijkheid bij de geïnteresseerde partij hetgeen resulteerde in een totaal verknoeid onderhandelingsproces met een lagere vervolgbieding in plaats van een hogere! Na intrekking van de opdracht zelf het huis verkocht tegen een verkoopprijs die €300.000 hoger lag dan de door Drieklomp geadviseerde verkoopprijs en €175.000 hoger dan het met tussenkomst van Drieklomp ontvangen laatste bod. In plaats van mijn klachten als gewaardeerde klant serieus te nemen en te bespreken, stuurde makelaar Stalenhoef maanden later - zonder enige voorafgaande kennisgeving of interne afstemming met zijn directie - een courtagenota, die ook nog eens gebaseerd was op de door mij gerealiseerde verkoopprijs! Brutaal en buitengewoon onprofessioneel...

Het contact verliep heel erg fijn, de lijntjes waren kort. Wij hebben het proces van de verkoop van ons huis, wat we samen met Ed van Drie liepen, als heel erg prettig ervaren en daarnaast waren de contacten ook nog eens heel leuk. We zijn blij met de verkoop, maar daarmee ook het einde van het contact en dat gaan we missen Ed!
