!!! Ik zal Emil NVM Makelaar niet aanbevelen aan een expat!!! We hadden het geluk dat we als starters een huis kochten, zonder enige voorkennis van het aankoopproces in Nederland. We hadden het gevoel dat we niet de ondersteuning kregen die we van Emil Makelaar verwachtten. In het begin werd ons verteld dat ze de bezichtiging voor ons zouden regelen, maar later zeiden ze dat we de bezichtiging zelf moesten regelen. Ook kregen we niet de juiste begeleiding bij het bepalen van de hoogte van ons bod, omdat we na de bezichtiging nooit werden ingelicht over de voor- en nadelen van de woning. De koopovereenkomst was in het Nederlands en ze hebben die documenten nooit grondig doorgenomen of ons geholpen bij het begrijpen van de inhoud. Onze adviseur gaf meer begeleiding dan zij. Ik zou hun diensten niet aanbevelen aan expats.

Fijn geholpen en een vlotte verkoop

Sommige dingen liepen heel fijn andere dingen weer helemaal niet. Alles verder in orde maar ik zou de volgende keer niet meer mijn huis door de laen laten verkopen. Pluspunten: - foto’s prachtig, goede omschrijving van het huis - fijne telefoniste - opstartgesprek was ook goed - de laatste makelaar die helaas pas de laatste bezichtigingen deed, had ik echt pas het gevoel dat ze me huis echt probeerde te verkopen. - de afronding was ook in orde Minpunten: - als je 10 bezichtigingen hebt staan, vinden ze dat wel genoeg, alle andere geïnteresseerde worden op een reserve lijst gezet. - al een verkocht bord in je tuin terwijl je huis pas net onder voorbehoud is verkocht en alles dus nog lang niet rond is. - eerste bezichtigingen had ik niet een hele enthousiaste makelaar. Ik heb hier flink buikpijn van gekregen want het zijn wel allemaal potentiële kopers. Ik heb echt het gevoel gehad dat mijn huis zichzelf moest verkopen, je voelt je aardig bedonderd als je hen 2% moet betalen van het totale bedrag. Ik had dit liever aan me aankoopmakelaar gegeven die was het dubbel en dwars waard. Voor mij komt de laen over dat ze alleen maar snel geld willen verdienen en niet je huis zo goed mogelijk willen verkopen wat maakt die 10.000 meer of minder uit voor hen. Dat vond ik echt jammer want voor mij is het wel veel geld. En dan komt er ook nog bovenop dat ik ze flink moet betalen.
