Helaas zijn wij zeer teleurgesteld over onze ervaring met Katja van ERA. We kwamen met haar in contact als verkopend makelaar tijdens een videobezichtiging. Tijdens een daaropvolgende call gaf zij sterk de indruk dat het voor ons, als kopers op afstand, bijna onvermijdelijke was om met een aankoopmakelaar te werken. Daarbij schetste zij een uitgebreid beeld van de begeleiding die wij konden verwachten van haar en haar team, tegen €695 opstartkosten Plus een courtage. In de praktijk zijn deze verwachtingen niet waargemaakt. Concreet: • Wij moesten zelf actief woningen zoeken; er werd geen proactief aanbod met ons gedeeld (muv selectie door een programma, Copaan, wat ons inziens niet beter/sneller was dan Funda) • Woningen werden niet vooraf inhoudelijk beoordeeld. • Wij moesten zelf actie ondernemen • De vooraf geschetste intensieve begeleiding en actieve ondersteuning bleven uit • Er was geen sprake van strategisch advies Juist omdat wij expliciet hadden aangegeven vanuit het buitenland te opereren, hadden wij verwacht dat selectie, screening en begeleiding een centrale rol zouden spelen. Op deze punten is het verschil met de vooraf geschetste dienstverlening aanzienlijk. Wij hebben hierdoor het gevoel dat de verwachtingen vooraf niet alleen onduidelijk, maar ook te rooskleurig zijn voorgesteld. Zeer jammer want het kostte ons geld en leverde ons alleen frustratie en teleurstelling op.
