We purchased a new-build home where the mediation went through this office. We really experienced this negatively on multiple fronts. The communication is extremely poor and terrible. Below are some concrete examples: The initial contact was good. During the subsequent signing appointment, things went downhill. Everything happened very quickly and superficially in terms of explanation regarding material that was all new to us. A lot remained unclear and the intermediary was not patient. We expected to receive advice on the rough construction and finishing work. We had a general idea but would have liked to be informed about the possibilities. No advice during the conversation. The motto was 'what you want', so the conversation ended after 15 minutes. After 8 months, there was an initial viewing day and meeting the neighbors. What was presented? Absolutely nothing! Only the pipes of the heat pumps. Q1 2023 was the prognosis and we were already in the summer of 2022. As of this writing, the completion date is still unknown. It would be before the autumn break but that is less than 8 weeks away, so expect chaos because it will suddenly happen quickly or delivery after the autumn break. Then we are in Q3. Be honest as a company so people can at least plan. If it's after the autumn break, fine, but then people can at least coordinate. Now no one knows anything! Note that forecasting and communicating about a small project of 25 houses doesn't have to be this difficult. I would never buy a house here again.

Review adjusted following communication with the organization, explaining in more detail how the lines of communication work. Ultimately, I think that Hofzicht is an organization that wants to solve/address your problem with the best intentions in the world, but often depends on a builder. Because some builders do not/poorly cooperate or respond, it seems as if there's no progress at all. For me personally, it would have been better to be open about certain problems, where they are unable to move forward with the builder. That creates clarity and gives me, as a customer, more of a feeling that our contact person at the real estate agent really wants to bridge the gap between the buyer and the builder. Now it often felt like a 'computer says no'. I also agree with the further comments from As Laan in the other reviews. Hopefully you can do something with this, and I wish you much success in the future.

A group of scammers trying to extort brokerage fees for a rental property without any agreement. Besides the fact that double brokerage fees are against the law, they still had the audacity to send an invoice of a few hundred euros. Very sad how they try to scam people this way.
