Poor service. We had an appointment to view a house in The Hague at 9.30 am. We live far away and had to cycle for half an hour to be on time. When we arrived, there was no one there. My husband and I called, but got no answer. We also sent a message, but there was no response either. We waited for half an hour and then left. They never contacted us to offer their apologies for their absence. Maybe this is a good real estate agency if you want to buy or rent a house yourself, but as potential buyers left in the lurch, we were very disappointed and had never experienced anything like this before.
