De verkoop van mijn woning is vlot gegaan. Je moet wel erg veel doen via vragenlijsten per e-mail. Ik moet er nu minstens 100 woorden van maken, daarom maar even het een en ander. Weet nog wel dat mijn club Telstar met 2-0 bij PSV heeft gewonnen.

We chose Hendriks Eindhoven because we were impressed by the first visit of the real estate agent, due to her knowledge and eye for detail, although it was not the cheapest option in terms of price. However, many things went wrong from the moment we wanted to list our house on Funda. Things you do not expect from a professional company: delivering the correct photos and information on Funda, and timely placing of the 'for sale' sign for our house. Although our real estate agent was very responsive, we did not expect that some viewings would be scheduled by another real estate agent. Moreover, information about the house was lost and incorrect information was provided to potential buyers. All in all, it was a stressful experience, where we felt that Hendriks had not devoted much attention and effort to the sale of our house; the house was ultimately sold. Although they offered a discount due to the errors in the process, this is not sufficient for us to work with them again in the future.
